2025 Sand School Recap
March 7, 2025
EIW hosted its 2025 Sand Schools in Des Moines, Iowa, in both January and February. With more than 100 people in attendance, EIW hosted more attendees than ever before at this year's event and are excited to continue to expand these training courses for their customers and dealers.
On the first day of the Sand Schools, attendees were presented with a full day of educational trainings on screening, coarse material washing, fine material washing, dewatering and maintenance tips. Presenters focused on highlighting key features, benefits and operation tips on the Eagle Dry Dewatering Screen, Classifying Tanks, Falcon Sand Plant, Hawk Fines Recovery Plant, Pumps and Cyclones. At the conclusion of day one, attendees gathered at the Iowa Taproom for dinner and networking. On day two of both events, attendees listened to presentations on Thickeners and Filter Presses before breaking into groups to tour the Eagle Iron Works manufacturing facility. At the facility, they were able to see the different manufacturing areas of the facility as well as see several key pieces of equipment that are stocked and ready for installation on site.
With 40 attendees at the January school, and 65 attendees at the February school, EIW is excited to be offering one more chance to attend its Sand School in 2025. With dealer Excel Machinery Ltd., Eagle Iron Works is taking this event to San Antonio, Texas, on April 22nd.
